I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) whose work is grounded in community care, cultural humility, and honoring the stories, roots, and histories that shape who we are. I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by trauma, including the emotional and collective effects of community violence, migration, and the experience of carrying one’s cultural roots while learning to navigate different spaces, environments, and ways of being.
I support trauma survivors who are seeking to feel more emotionally safe within themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and deepen their understanding of who they are and where they come from. My work is holistic, relational, and culturally grounded—integrating EMDR, CBT, mind–body practices, and identity-centered healing to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves and their roots. I take a decolonizing lens that honors your cultural roots, validates your lived experience, and supports you in reclaiming healing in ways that feel authentic and aligned with who you are.
I believe healing happens when we recognize the connection between our mind, our body, our roots, and our overall wellness. Therapy becomes a space to gently explore those connections with intention — honoring culture, identity, and lived experience.
I am committed to working together at your pace, in a space where you feel supported and empowered.
I work most often with individuals navigating:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Sexual trauma
• Shifts in identity and major life transitions
• Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
